'Before the Rains' Movie Giveaway

Win 1 of 30 Double Passes to see 'Before the Rains' at Cinema Paradiso commencing on January 8th, 2009.

Set in 1930s southern India against the backdrop of a growing nationalist movement, Before the Rains is the English language debut of acclaimed Indian director Santosh Sivan (The Terrorist, Asoka). An idealistic young Indian man (Rahul Bose) finds himself torn between his ambitions for the future and his loyalty to the past when people in his village learn of an affair between his British boss (Linus Roache) and a village woman (Nandita Das).

The competition runs from Monday, December 1st to 5pm Thursday, December 18th, 2008.

Moonlight Cinema Opening Night Giveaway

Win 1 of 15 Double Passes to the opening night of the Ford Fiesta Moonlight Cinema at Synergy Gardens, Kings Park.

The opening night will be an exclusive screening of the new Woody Allen film 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona' starring Scarlett Johansson, Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem on Tuesday, December 9. Gates open at 7pm and the film starts at 8:30pm.

The competition is open from Wednesday, November 26 to 5pm Friday, December 5, 2008.

Ford Fiesta Moonlight Cinema is again lighting up the big screen at Perth's Synergy Parkland in Kings Park & Botanic Garden from 9 December to 15 March over 13 glorious summer weeks. A different film screens each night (excluding Mondays), with a mix of new release blockbusters, classic, arthouse and family movies.
