Comments:

KWINANA Beach Liquor store was robbed on February 1 but police are confident of apprehending the offenders.

Evidence recovered from the scene, video footage and help from Rockingham detectives has boosted police prospects.

Security has also been stepped up at the liquor store, although it was the second time it had been targeted by robbers.

Kwinana Ppolice Senior Sergeant Trevor Troy said arrests would be made in the near future.

“We recovered some stolen items at a local caravan park and forensics has been successful in narrowing it down,” he said.

Alcohol and cigarettes were stolen, and police said the offenders were in their teens and wore hooded attire.
